This co-ed class is designed for athletes ages 11 and up who want to build strong tumbling skills while also focusing on overall fitness. Students will learn and refine a variety of tumbling techniques, with a secondary emphasis on conditioning, flexibility, and strength training.
Perfect for kids looking to improve their gymnastics abilities, stay active, and gain confidence, this class provides a fun and challenging environment that supports growth both in and out of the gym.
