Star Prep Gymnastics Classes

Star Prep is the perfect bridge between our preschool gymnastics program and beginner-level classes. Designed specifically for energetic and curious 5-year-olds, this class combines the fun and creativity of preschool gymnastics with the structure and skill-building of our beginner program.

Young gymnasts will explore exciting new skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault, while developing strength, coordination, and confidence. Our coaches use playful drills and engaging activities to keep learning fun, while gently introducing more structured progressions.

By the end of the Star Prep program, athletes are ready to shine—whether they move on to beginner classes or simply continue their gymnastics journey with a strong foundation and a love for the sport.
